ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Hats and sale collection items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may be returned (i.e. Flash Sales)
To receive a refund: Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed by our returns department, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used.
EXCHANGES: We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please email us email@example.com and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. After receiving your return, we will call you with the exact shipping amount for your exchanged item(s). We will only hold exchange items for 7 business days.
